About Us

Our foundation is rooted and grounded in God’s love. The word Masihi is Urdu and means One who professes belief in Jesus as Christ or follows a religion based on the life and teachings of Jesus. It also means one who lives according to the teachings of Jesus.

The vision to raise a million a month through £1 donations was first for a million Christians, and was birthed in 2017 when the vision was given to our founder. Alongside the vision was an insight into how the money raised through monthly collective donations of an insignificant sum could impact lives and change narratives. There is great power in pulling resources together because what seems insurmountable soon becomes achievable.

The Masihi vision did not see the light of day until October 2021 when it was shared with a dear friend and mentor, and there has been no looking back ever since. Masihi CIC was registered in May 2022, and we have since hit the ground running, setting up a website and our social media pages to get the vision out there because there is no time like the present.

Our goal is to impact the lives in our community, with our focus being on the most vulnerable and the deprived, we want to alleviate their suffering and give them hope.
